Currently there are a total of more than 30 employees active at BIG. Only highly-qualified

• Engineers (Civil, Geology, Environmental, Mining, etc.),
• Scientists (Chemistry, Geology, Mineralogists etc.) and
• Economists / business specialists

with many years of project experience are engaged to work the projects commended to us.

The team can be complemented as necessary for a project with additional partners in the areas of architecture, information technology, legal council and business consulting, or real-estate appraisal and marketing. All employees and partners of BIG can be deployed project-oriented on site and are experienced in multidimensional, multi-site teamwork.

For the project resolution, generally three working levels are formed in the project team,

• the project leadership,
• the technical/scientific project staff and
• the supporting project staff.
